Firing Condition |
The sintering process is carried out under nitrogen protection atmosphere in the tunnel furnace, with a peak temperature of 830 ± 10℃ (recommended value), for 10 - 20 minutes. (As per actual requirements, the sintering range can be adjusted within 800-850℃, but the peak temperature duration must be at least 10 minutes.) Generally speaking, the performance of ceramic capacitors after high-temperature sintering is superior to that after low-temperature sintering. |
