II. Usage of Conductive Silver Paste
1. Base material: PET or PC;
2. The screen is printed using 200-300 mesh stainless steel screens or polyester mesh.
3. Dilute with HS820 diluent and stir thoroughly before use;
4. Standardized Process (Recommended)
Infrared oven drying of the road: 80℃ x 2 minutes
Oven: 80℃ x 30 minutes
5. Cleaning agent - Cyclohexanone
6. Store at 2-8℃ in the refrigerator. Unopened product has a shelf life of 6 months.
7. Packaging: 1kg and 2kg, in plastic containers
III. Operation and Safety of Conductive Silver Paste
The HS-820AG conductive silver paste contains organic solvents. Adequate ventilation is necessary to prevent excessive inhalation of the vapors.
If it comes into contact with the skin, it is necessary to wash it immediately with water and soap.
