　　1. Usage of silver powder and silver paste: 
It is widely used in various fields such as car paint, motorcycle paint, bicycle paint, plastic paint, architectural paint, ink, mobile phone casings and keys, electronic and mechanical casings, electrical casings, metal paint, etc. However, it is insoluble in water-based coatings. Silver paste belongs to solvent-based. 
II. Correct Usage of Silver Powder and Silver Paste: 
Add an appropriate amount of organic solvent to the silver paste and stir it slowly. Stirring too fast will damage the surface coating of the silver paste. 
2. It should be fully soaked, dispersed and opened as soon as possible, and then sealed properly. 
3. The silver paste should not be exposed to sunlight or contact with rainwater. It should be stored in a dry room (below 35 degrees Celsius) for a short period of time. Once opened for use, it should be consumed as soon as possible. If it cannot be used all at once, it should be completely sealed immediately to prevent the evaporation of the solvents and additives in the silver paste. Please conduct a test before use. 
III. Problems and solutions of silver powder and silver paste in coating and other aspects: 
The silver paste is a flexible sheet with a flexible coating. Excessive acid value (less than 15 is appropriate) and prolonged continuous processing and high-speed stirring can damage the surface coating and the integrity of the paste itself, resulting in undesirable phenomena such as black paint, reduced coverage, and rough paint film. When such a situation occurs, the processing time and stirring speed should be appropriately adjusted. 
2. Difficult to disperse: This is mainly caused by improper use of solvents and resins. New resins and solvents can be mixed appropriately. If it is difficult to disperse due to the product being too fine, the soaking time can be appropriately extended, and the stirring speed should be uniform. 
3. If the product turns black or yellow during use, it might be due to poor sealing, causing the product to oxidize and turn black. Therefore, a new sample needs to be taken. If it turns yellow, it is mainly caused by excessive baking temperature. The baking process should be controlled at an appropriate temperature. 
4. When used in construction materials, the pasting agent may have poor leveling properties. If there are any adverse reactions in this regard, please redistribute the solvent and make adjustments according to the performance of the resin, as this might be caused by improper use of the solvent and the resin. 
5. If there are particles on the sprayed surface of the object, this may be due to oxidation and discoloration. Poor dispersibility or the presence of impurities in the product could be the cause. If it is caused by oxidation, re-sampling should be conducted. If particles appear due to product impurities, filtration with a 325-mesh filter cloth should be performed before mixing (the filter cloth should be 325 mesh). 
6. Adding an appropriate amount of dispersant or other related additives to the silver paste will enhance the dispersion and smoothness of the aluminum silver paste. The specific amount can be determined according to the customer's requirements.
