Often, users come to us with questions about how to store the slurry. Today, we will introduce the common methods and conditions for storing our slurry, as well as the issues to be mindful of when taking it out.
one How is it stored?
According to the sintering temperature, the slurry can be roughly classified into the following major categories:

2. Low-temperature baking type slurry. This type of slurry is generally baked at a temperature range of 80 to 200 degrees Celsius to form. The slurry requires internal resins to generate adhesion force, and the resins will gradually and slowly cure at room temperature. Therefore, this type of slurry needs to be stored in a cold storage.

3. Quick-drying paste. This type of paste can solidify rapidly at room temperature. Therefore, it must be sealed and stored in a cold storage cabinet.

4. Additionally, based on the type of components, both single-component and two-component pastes should be stored in a cold storage.
二、取出操作:
2. For items stored in the refrigerator, take them out half a day in advance. Wait until they warm up to room temperature, then open the lid and stir before using. Refer to the picture. The refrigerated items will actually release water, a lot of water.

3. For those facilities with the necessary conditions, a constant temperature oven can be set at a temperature range of 25 to 35 degrees Celsius. Blowing hot air for 10 to 20 minutes can also help accelerate the warming process.
In simple terms, the sintering type slurry should be stored at room temperature below 25℃ and kept at normal temperature. If the temperature exceeds 25℃, it should be stored in a refrigerator.
Other slurry materials are stored in the cold storage. It is particularly important to note that for any type of slurry,It is necessary to seal it tightly when storing.
It is recommended to remove it from the refrigerator and let it warm up in advance for half a day, or preheat it in a well-ventilated oven at 25-30℃ for 30 minutes.Do not open it before it has returned to room temperature, as this could cause the water vapor to condense into the slurry.
The slurry has been purchased for a long time but has not been used yet. Will it have expired or deteriorated? How can we determine this? We'll talk about it next time. Welcome to follow this official account.
