ST1001 is a special diluent for electronic pastes. Its key features include being clear like water, having a faint fragrance, low viscosity, excellent compatibility with various pastes during wetting, requiring only a very small amount to achieve the dilution effect, and making the paste smoother. It is suitable for diluting various oily electronic pastes on the market, such as silver paste, platinum paste, silver-palladium paste, resistance paste, dielectric paste, conductive adhesive, etc.

Here are some additional tips:

①The method of adding is particularly important. When adding, do it step by step, mix evenly before deciding whether it is appropriate. Avoid adding too much at once. Adding too much will cause the silver paste to become too thin and unable to be applied. If the viscosity is too high, it can be diluted; if the viscosity is too low, there is no way to thicken it, and it will basically be unusable.

②The general recommendation is that the total mass added at each step should not exceed 3% of the slurry mass.

③For resist paste, the addition amount is even more critical. If the addition is excessive, it will affect the convenience of construction in the short term. More importantly, it will change the resistance sheet resistance value, resulting in a deterioration in the resistance membrane's resistance value and consistency.

④For the conductive adhesive used in bonding, excessive addition will lead to an increase in the amount of volatile substances during drying, which will affect the compactness, adhesion and fixation of the cured layer, as well as the strength of the leads.
