导电胶It is a kind of adhesive that becomes conductive after being solidified or dried. Now, let me tell you about some of the main applications of conductive adhesives.

Electrical conductive adhesives are used in microelectronic assembly, including bonding fine wires and printed circuits, electroplated substrates, metal layers of ceramic substrates to be bonded, connecting metal bases, bonding wires to socket plates, bonding components to through-plane holes in printed circuits, bonding waveguide tuning, and hole repair.
2. Conductive adhesives are used to replace spot welding where the welding temperature exceeds the tolerance limit for the formation of oxide films. As an alternative to tin-lead solder, conductive adhesives are mainly applied in areas such as telecommunication and mobile communication systems; broadcasting, television, and computer industries; automotive industry; medical equipment; and in addressing aspects like electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).
3. Another application of conductive adhesives is in ferroelectric devices, where they are used to bond the electrode sheets to the magnetic crystals. Conductive adhesives can replace welding materials and the deposition of crystals due to welding temperatures. The bonding of battery terminals is another use of conductive adhesives when the welding temperature is unfavorable.
4. Conductive adhesives can form joints with sufficient strength, so they can be used as structural adhesives.
This is all about the application of conductive glue. If you have any further questions, please feel free to come and consult our Saya Paste. Our professional staff will explain it to you.
